Privacy Policy for ApnaKhata Mobile App
This privacy policy governs use of the software application (“ApnaKhata”) for mobile devices. The Application is a replica of the ApnaKhata web portal (https://apnakhata.rajasthan.gov.in/) and aims to provide better citizen services related to Digital India Land Records Computerization, including access to land records, maps, and online application services, to citizens and landowners of Rajasthan. The core services of the Application include:
- Record of Rights (ROR) of Online Jamabandi.
- Various options for online Jamabandi and Mutation Nakal.
- Jamabandi Nakal along with Map.
- Online Apply for various mutations.
- Application status of various Mutations and Seemagyan.
- End to end process of Seemagyan Application.
- eSign copy of Mutations and Shuddhipatra with supporting documents.
- Area Wise Report with maps of gair pratibandhit Government Land.
- Integrated with eDharti and Bhunaksha.
The contents published on this Application are sourced from the concerned Ministries/Departments of the Government of Rajasthan. The information provided through this Application may not have any legal sanctity and is for general reference only, unless otherwise specified. Users are advised to verify the correctness of the facts published here from the concerned authorities. Neither National Informatics Centre nor Government of India or Government of Rajasthan and its allied establishments will be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the contents available in this Application.
User Provided Information
The Applications may obtain the information you provide when you download the Application. Registration not required for basic viewing of land records (Nakal - Soochanaarth), applying for mutations or obtaining e-signed authorized copies (e-hastaksharit nakal).
When you use the Application, you generally provide:
- Your name, address and other information;
- Land-related details such as district, tehsil, village, Khata/Khasra, and the name of the account holder;
- Information required for online applications like mutation, eSign copies, or Seemagyan;
- Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and other details.
The information you provided may be used to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and updates regarding your applications or land record status.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose User provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, especially regarding government-held land records;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
All User provided data and Automatically Collected information are stored permanently to ensure the integrity and accessibility of land records, as this is a public portal for government land records. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly, particularly for record-keeping purposes as a public portal of land records.
Misuse by Non Targeted Users
All mobile apps are meant for use by the targeted audience only, which are primarily Citizens/Landowners and Farmers/Agriculturists of Rajasthan. Misuse by non-targeted users should be prevented by owner of the mobile.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, especially sensitive land and identity details. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
